By using Autern, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Autern provides

Autern is a tool that helps students draft and send personalised cold emails for internship applications. We use AI to generate email drafts based on information you provide. We do not guarantee any outcomes, responses, or employment results.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must only send emails to recipients who may reasonably expect to receive them
• You must not use Autern to send spam, misleading content, or emails that violate any laws
• You are responsible for the content of emails you send via Autern
• You must not attempt to circumvent any rate limits or technical restrictions

4. Gmail access

If you connect a Gmail account, you authorise Autern to send emails on your behalf using that account. You can revoke this access at any time. You remain responsible for all emails sent through your connected account.

5. Acceptable use

Autern is intended for personal, non-commercial use by students for internship outreach. Using Autern to send bulk unsolicited commercial emails, harass individuals, or violate any applicable law is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

6. Limitation of liability

Autern is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including any consequences of emails sent through the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Autern after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
